  someone mentioned dodgy. clientele and building similar to what you'll find on vancouver's downtown east side. dingy dark and dirty. i wouldn't step foot in there even with the ferry waits. clean it up, gabriola. things haven't changed there for a hundred years other than ownership.

  Nice little pub near the ferry. Great if you have some time to kill. Has a pool table and a nice patio with a view of the surrounding area.
